Traditionally, front-line and middle managers in the water industry would have spent most of their time and energies in the area of their expertise. However, it is now much more common for managers to also have HR, Health & Safety, Environmental and Financial management responsibilities.

This short course provides the underpinning knowledge and financial understanding which managers need in order to interpret financial information and to make recommendations based on financial data.
